River’s Edge/Mountain Views RV Resorts were established in 1992. The concept from the beginning was to provide a getaway to all those who found the allure of the Colorado mountains a small piece of heaven. Modern conveniences and a near perfect climate make the town of South Fork a perfect location for the River’s Edge/Mountain Views community. In the late 90’s, it was decided to convert the RV Resorts to Resident ownership. Carefully planned and managed by their own POA’s, both River’s Edge and Mountain Views retain their respective high standard of beauty and quality.

Over time, the majority of residents have replaced their RV’s with Park Model Cabins. However, some remaining RV lots and a few Park Homes are available for rental on a month by month basis. The best way to check Rental or Sales Availability is to drive through the Park or to reach out to the POA President.
